Return policy

1. Please choose carefully - no refunds, credits or replacements are given if you change your mind, order the wrong product or it doesn’t meet your expectations, or fail to verify compatibility with your device or accurately provide information when placing an order.

2.  Items are eligible for free replacement, within  7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different items delivered to you after proper satisfaction of IWS and/or WACOM of such damage and defect. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
